How do I recommend a business?
Go to the showcase of the business you would like to recommend.
Click on the Recommendation button on top to open up a pop up
Type your recommendation and enter the verification code.
When done click on the Send button
A request to accept the invitation would be sent to the recommended business.
How do I add / remove recommendations to my showcase?
Go to your showcase, in the edit mode.
If you are in the Preview mode, click on the ‘shift to edit’ button on the right
side of your showcase to shift to the edit mode.
By default, if you have received a recommendation, it would be added to your showcase.
If not, click on the recommendation button to include the module to your showcase.
Click on the Save changes button to save changes your showcase.
Click on the edit link, and select the recommendations you would want to include
in your showcase.
When done click on the Save button.
Please note: removing or not selecting a recommendation does not delete it permanently
from the system.

How do I delete a recommendation permanently from the system?
Click on the recommendation link on the left side of the dashboard page.
Under the ‘recommendation received’ tab, click on the recommendation you would like
to delete, by clicking on the X next to it.
How do I request for a recommendation?
Click on the recommendation link on the left side of the dashboard page.
Under the ‘recommendation given’ tab, click on the ‘request recommendation ‘ link.
A message would be sent to the member/business/ contact requesting a recommendation.
How do I refer a product or a service?
Goto the individual page of the product/service you would like to refer,
Click on the ‘Refer link’ to open up a pop up
Enter the contact, whom you want to refer the product/ service .
When done click on the send button.
A message would be sent to your contact.
How do I refer a business?
Go to the showcase of the Business, you want to refer, and click on the Refer button
on the top.
You can refer a business either to your contacts outside the system or among your
contacts within bizhands
To refer the business to a business outside of Bizhands, enter its email address
To refer a business within your contacts at bizhands, select it from the dropdown
list.
When done click on the Send button.
